Wen ya look at what player dimmers recruited in his time shows how hard it is to build a quality list dusty,conca,batch,grimes grigg, houlie, r his successes the probables r helbig ,griff , the maybes r dmac farmer,jakobi,orielly,westhoff,contin ,the no hopers r nason,webberley taylor, miller.Now i think Dimmer has done a terrific job in this area .We all can make a long list of players we want gone but reallity is there is no point getting rid of mass players in one or two years only to b replaced by more crappier players young or old.So players like white,edwards,hislop,mcguane,tuck will prob b on the list for a few years to come. SUB 40S draft picks r crucial to rebuilding a list and just should not b traded off.

Hence why the Tambling trade was a cracker for us. We still need astute drafting with no short cuts. The Trengove (Port) issue will be interesting to see what unfolds.
