Recording onto DVD from MyStar HD

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to record onto DVD from my MystarHD box?

Plugged my dvd recorder in and pressed record and got a message about being copy protected or something

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not easIly, it's built to not let you do what u want

It may be possible but require you to buy a piece of hardware that either ignores the flag or strips it on the way to the recording device
