NSW only need to hold out for 4 overs in the morning to prevent VIC from getting half a bonus point. I'm reasonably worried about this game since SA won't get many batting bonus points so VIC would only need to get 6 more runs than SA do this innings (56 if they don't get the 9th wicket early). This of course is only an issue if VIC lose. Huge morning for SA here.

Unless they win. Result in the Vic v NSW game obviously still in the air. Good to see we're going down with a fight this year at least. We've tended to roll over in the last game the last few years despite being in pretty good positions to begin with.

It can be tough, but at least once the first 100 overs are done, then it's a matter of win/draw points, so the last 2 days you can have the calculator away. We should know all the permutations sometime today.

My only concern is there's a bit of weather tomorrow arvo and Friday. Hopefully it's done by then but I wouldn't wanna have to get 100 on the final day given our history.

It's an interesting game there. If Vic get to 44 runs less than us, and know a draw is enough to host, they might keep batting for a while - and want to play against us rather than NSW.
