Yep - it's like Alec Stewart, Graeme Hick, Graham Thorpe, Darren Gough, Andy Caddick, Michael Atherton

Individually reasonable players with decent to fair records. But just played in too many losses. Didn't know how to win. Battle-scarred from years of losing matches. Loser mentality.

2005 was only able to happen because they'd moved on from that era.

Great post. Is it possible for Dizzy to coach the Strikers and the Redbacks or is it best to keep them seperate?

Justin Langer has shown it can work in WA with someone coaching both teams. Would love to see it.

A few years back Dizzy was actually passed over by SACA as bowling coach

Now he's one of the most sought after coaches going around. Another in a long line of stupid decisions
