Yep - it's like Alec Stewart, Graeme Hick, Graham Thorpe, Darren Gough, Andy Caddick, Michael AthertonSiddons has to go unfortunately. I know this will be unpopular but Ferg and Cooper also go at the end of the year in my opinion.

Individually reasonable players with decent to fair records. But just played in too many losses. Didn't know how to win. Battle-scarred from years of losing matches. Loser mentality.
