We all know the man is a genius, I just want to further back this up with a great stat:

So, given we cannot miss finals this year, it will be safe to say that in 14 years of coaching, the man has led us backwards 3 times. 3 !!! Throw in 4 premierships, a second and a third and four other finals appearances and it truly is a mind-boggling performance. I wonder if there is any other coach in the history of the game with such a long tenure at one club who could match his record of "continuous improvement" (ie not just premierships) ?

An amazing Clarko stat is this season we basically have 10 of our Premiership 2015 team gone and he has us competing for a double chance heading into the Final round. Counting 10 I'm including Rioli and Birchall who have only played 4 games between them this season.

I didn't actually appreciate that last year was really his worst year.
It's a fair effort considering the fall that so many clubs go through after a golden era.
He is undoubtedly the master coach.
