Wouldn't have changed the result much, though the couple we gave away early on really hurt us, we were always behind the 8 ball after that.

Respect for lyden dunn from my point of view died today. Did a good job on goodes, but fk me does he every want to put his body in an awkward situation.

The effort when he should have helped out on hall in the second quarter and that appauling effort against playfair in the last were shocking, pulled up with short steps on both occasions. Which both by the way resulted in goals.

Bode, pj, garland (again!!), bate and cj all get big ticks today.

Pretty much every week we see the same threads. It's because we always play one corker of a quarter, one average one and a half of vomitous slop. The talent is obviously there (somewhere), so is there ANY FREAKING DANGER we can see it for a whole game?

I'll add my name to the list of Swans fans who were impressed with the Demons today. On paper we should have annihalated you, particuarly after kicking the first 5 goals of the match. It was a huge effort from your boys (coupled with some very insipid passages of play from us) to hit back in the 3rd like you did. Bates was outstanding, as was the bloke you played on Goodes.

I noticed those two instances also. Maybe that's why he can't nail down a permanent position? But, he did a very good job nulifyng Goodes.

Everytime we play Sydney they get about 3-5 goals up around 3 quarter time then scrap out the rest of the game. They put all there players around the ball and congest and we fall for it by jumping on them and holding the ball up. This may sound silly but when we tackle we should not try hold the ball in because that is exactly what they want. But this is probably harder than it sounds.

Its so frustrating when they do that because its so boring and slow. Does this frustrate Sydney supporters as well?? I'm not having a go at you because it wins you games but its just drives me crazy!!
