Would only consider him for our fourth round pick, if we get one.

I've read somewhere that he would be closely considered for a first round pick in 08, as he can still play another year of unders footy. I like what I saw in the carnival, so might be a chance.

It will be interesting to see where he goes anyway.

Yeah I read that aswell, it was in the Inside Football Draft Special the Western Jets coach said that he wouldn't be suprised if someone picked him up with a late pick this year becuase he has the potential to be a top 15 pick in 2008.

Watched him kicking it down Hawkins' throat a few years ago and was pretty impressed but he doesn't seem to have made too much of an impact in the VFL reserves, perhaps he will make some clubs rookie list down the line.

what happened?

He had an outstanding first appearance at his first carnival and looked a genuine option to be drafted.

I saw him again 12 months later and he looked a totally different player. Seemed a lot more arrogant and more one dimensional. He wasn't even half the player we saw running around in '06.

When I saw him last year, this is what i had to say:

Can see why he wasn't drafted last year, and really didn't do much to say he will this year. Was very dissapointing and i think will be licky to hold his spot for next week. Seemed to be easily covered by his opponent and he couldn't break away from that. He lead to totally wrong areas at times, and gave very few second efforts. Although, i still think he will be drafted. Just no where i think a few thought he would be after last year.


While i think his behavioral issues turned a lot of recruiters off, the icing on the cake was probably his application issues. Maybe he thought it would all fall into place?

I know this kid, have known him since he was 6 years old, i can confirm that he does not have behavioural issues. Just simply not as good as his brother. Would be very suprised if he gets drafted. Looked likely in 06/07 but he has not come on as much as people expected.

He might be a late bloomer, needs to have a big year at Werribee next year, break into the seniors and see how he goes from there. wouldnt suprise me if he is the next Dale Morris.

I meant in a coming from Werribee reserves to AFL level. not the positional side of things.

He is a tall Midfielder that can play forward or off a HBF. He is big and quick, and has got pretty good foot skills. maybe not as good as His big brother, but he has it all there, just needs to pull it together.

my brother in law knows him very well and just laughed his head off when i read out the previous posts re behavioural issues. one of the hardest workers he has ever come across. lives for his footy and is a fitness fanatic. fantastic kid apparently. had no preseason at all this year due to injury so is just getting into the season now. been named a few times on the extended bench for the seniors so obviously showing some promise.

I'm lost... do you mean the seniors for Werribee?

Yeah ,I wouldn't take much stuff on here seriously... people seem to be passing judgment when they really have no idea about "little" Priss. Do you know if he wants to make it to AFL level footy? Would be pretty cool to see the Prissa boys playing together.

who said that we are going to keep brent (32) let alone have both of them playing for the mighty cats?
If we could snatch rhyce before others do and form him to be an asset like we have with brent, then i think we shouldnt go past picking him at 25.
But if the cats are going to treat rhyce the way they have treated brent then why would he want to come to the cats. Would probably be better off with any other team.
How good would it be to have the prismalls abletts an selwoods.

groin injury i think. played in the later practice matches but only a quarter here and there
