I heard a rumor from a fairly good source yesterday that rhyce has suffered a setback which may put him out of action until atleast May??

Can anyone who has been down to training in the last few days confirm if this may be the case??

If it is, it is bad luck from the guy as everyone seems to be commenting on how well he is going.

Do you have a report on today's training?

Is training still planned for Friday morning at 9.30am at Bob Rose oval? Should be quite a few there watching with most people taking a 4 day weekend.

cant way to see rhyce back in black and white. and no, im not like the many many others who have recently jumped on his bandwagon - i never lost faith in the man.

i felt sick in my stomach when he did his knee, great to see he has used the time off to hit the gym and get ready for a good 06. some people are still saying rnd.1, im not so sure. if he can get back for ANZAC day ill be happy.

No need to have a heart attack dids , i certainly would not want to do that to the collingwood faithfall. Besides anzac day is almost may anyway.

I get the feeling 2 brothers may actually be competing for the 1 spot anyway , it could be an interesting battle . For their sake I hope they do play together but I am not sure if there is room for both in the 1 team

yeah i know its nearly may, but if this story was true it wouldve been 'back training by may' which would add another month or so on to that to get match fitness up.

and youre right on the mark with heath and rhyce, should be interesting to see who wins out.

Rhyce is fine, from what I've seen. He wasn't there on Monday (I only saw the last half-hour due to the Australian Open - he may have left early), but prior to that he has been moving very well, and after quizzing him on his return, round one of the Premiership Season is the main aim, and, depending on how we run, he may play in the latter stages of the NAB Cup (prehaps - that is only my opinion).

No truth to the rumour from what I know.
