Simmo will need every good hitout he can get prior to round one. He takes longer than most to get genuinely match fit and with most of last year off he'll need the practice to get his touch back. It's the NAB Cup so we can give him plenty of bench time and give Graham an opportunity along with Patto.

I don't think it will hurt at all to play a young forward line, but I'd imagine both Richo and Browny will be determined to play.
