How many people think, with the 3 pronged attack not working thus far and Gehrig back into the side, that Riewoldt should match up on Richo on the wing?

Or more importantly just given a free license to play anywhere on the ground and let his hard running, engine and marking dictate play? ie. Richo & Goods etc..

Richo was actually playing poorly as a key forward.......so Wallace tried him up the ground and so far it has paid off as he has improved.

Roo is in good form as a key forward..

....and has tendonitis of the knee at present and so making him run flat out all game may not be too helpful to that condition.

I would leve Roo forward.

The Tigers match Kosi will relieve Gardi in the ruck.



However when King is available it would be one tall too many.....

Nick's greatest strength is his breakaway speed to mark the ball.
As a leading mark on a wing, his opportunities are limited. He needs to be forward of the ball.

Also I don't like the idea of being reactive, that puts Richmond at an advantage. Let them counter us, let's not fall into the trap of being a step behind the opposition from the first bounce.

Riewoldt should be our key forward - just outside the square - and we have to ensure that the delivery is good and that he is not too crowded. If Riewoldt is carrying a crowd, then let's hit Gehrig on the chest.

yeah nice result.. oh well there goes that idea for the moment..

on another point though I dont believe so much as a reactionary thing but to use Riewoldt up the field more to simply go where he pleases on the ground.. through the midfield, wing, backline, forward line.. surely he is up to dominating all over the ground..
