Well have one beep instead of two, or that annoying row of beeps that gets louder if you want to be different. And considering most guys have their mobile in their pocket - why cant you just leave it on vibrate and no beep.

I can see it now, all these ****ty long sms signals will merge into one. Oh joy oh joy, tram trips to and from work will be fun - one jumbled 30 minute long song.

But that is my point. You could no longer have than loud annoying 'beep'. You could have a melody that is both soothing to you and your fellow commuters.

I havent heard a mobile phone ring that is soothing yet. They are all high pitched and irritating. Even worse when you constantly hear one after the other...........

My 'God Only Knows' (Beach Boys) ringtone is a lil bit high-pitched but very pretty, certainly better than 99% of the ones you hear on trains and stuff. :mad:

Does anyone know anywhere I can get the Cottee's jingle as a ringtone? I reckon that'd be just tops.
