Pure class...My work has me travel to Pittsburgh a fair bit. Some of you may follow American football and are familiar with Ben Roethlisburger. Ben had a rather interesting (best way I can frame it) start to his career with a few misdeeds, etc...

Anyhow as the story goes, Ben and his pals were playing at Oakmont Country Club and after their round in the locker room a boy of about 7 or so saw him and asked for his autograph. Ben told the boy where he could go in no uncertain terms. Left him in tears as I understand it.

Few minutes later, one Arnold Palmer goes storming in the locker room (as much as a 79 year old could) finds Ben in the showers and proceeds to dress him down in no uncertain terms...basically throws his ass out of the showers and locker room and tells him not to come back to Oakmont again until he learns a little humility and respect.

Think that sums up the kind of guy Mr. Palmer was.

Caught what we could over the weekend and it really was quite a spectacle...some extremely good golf as well.
