Just thought i would pay my respects and am a little surprised there havent been more replies.

John Lee Hooker was one of the greats, may he rest in peace and in his music.

Jod, I loved JLH's music. He played music how it should be played. Natural. No bloody drum machines, synthesisers, or ****y bloody dancers. Just raw blues and it doesn't get any better.

I can't believe that he was that old, I mean most of the people that have responded would be young enough to be his grandkids. Just goes to show how great he was.
