Not a Bond Movie, but I loved this line in The Rock by him.

He wasn't just James Bond.

He was great in other films too, The Hunt for Red October, The Name of the Rose and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade just to name a few.

Untouchables was his best.

Not many guys can play a Russian submarine general with a Scottish accent and still pull it off.

I can imagine the producers of that film asking Connery to do a Russian accent.

Then Connery knocks them back and tells them he's going to talk like he normally does.

Then the producers are like, let's just roll with it, we got Connery don't push the envelope.

Actually seen him in In The Fiddle recently on daytime TV. Strange seeing him play second fiddle to someone only shortly before his break as Bond.

One of the finest actors of the 20th century. Demonstrated no more strongly than the fact he could play a wide range of characters with the same voice and made it work!

No one rocked a wig better either.

As well as all the above, I liked him in The Presidio, especially the scene where he fights the bar gorilla with his right thumb:

"... you'll be able to correctly identify his rank, so he won't get pissed off and accidentally hurt you." :D

He had more affairs than a working girl has clients..

His best was as ramirez in highlander. Not the sequels But.
