Quality f50 entries - ball carriers lower the eyes, forwards on a lead

Smalls front and square at drop of ball

Good pressure - lots of tackles in sequence NOT like bees to a lot of

Forwards to mark, settle, go back take their time and follow their set routine for shot on goal
