To call this out as a Voss problem is a simpleton answer to the problem.

A board full of bankers where the only football person can't remember his name in the morning.

Who walked 3 board members out that attempted to get a club legend ex AFL administrator in as president.

A football manager who survived a full clean out of his department 4 years ago, and doesn't want to be there next year.

A match committee that consistently awards games to players who don't deserve it, and declines to select players that do.

Who selected a new dad great Clubman for a final, and then sat him on the bench the whole game, and then delisted him.

A list manager with no pedigree, with recruiters who nobody seems to question.

A CEO that retired 4 years ago and is happy to just be increasing his super balance now.

A VFL programme that resembles a graveyard.

A group of players who don't consider that they'll be judged on making finals or not.

A leadership group who don't take kindly to being called out for their own failures

A social media team that thinks posting videos of a player under an injury cloud riding a bicycle to a game is funny.


Voss is a problem. But isnt the problem

Voss isn't the main problem, but I'm not and never have keen on his appointment either. Every coach we've had has been a bust since Parkin. Why? Would it change with Longmire?
