I'm not borrowing bitterness but I'm also conscious that this game is more about how bad WC are. This hasn't solved our issues against teams over the season.

Of course it hasn't, but I really don't understand why you'd expect it to.

A win is only ever a win. A single win cannot place a season in context. A win is just a sigh of relief before we get together and do it all again.

But I don't understand not taking that sigh of relief and borrowing last week's tension.

I realise the pressure isn’t there because of weagles but we’re on the right track

Some of our field kicking has been ordinary, just missing players.

Cottrell centring passes have been excellent. Others need to take a leaf out of his book and not just kick deep in the pockets.
