I think they all play a similar game. A a forward roll but great defensive pressure.. I think either of them could play in the Midfield.
I think Robbins is the best of the 3 but obviously the oldest so...
Where to play them ?

Robbins - Forward pocket
BMurphy - HFF / wing
Faulkner - tag Hasleby

It's interesting that Rocket earlier in the season said that he could not see Robbins & Faulkner play in the same side.

Murphy has the class and poise to become a star. The only question is does he have the work rate ?. Personally i think that will come with maturity.

Yeah, I think so too. He's shown that he's definitely up to AFL Level. He's got plenty of class. Maybe Rocket needs to help lift his work rate over the pre season, but I dont think we should trade him personally ... unless of course a KPP could be brought to our club - a good one.

But Murph will be a good player, just needs time.

I think Rocket underestimated Robbo when he first got here. I think he has realised now that if he wants to play Faulkner its gonna have to be in the same side as Robbo, cos Robbo is too good for the magoos

Well said. I agree. Robbo is generally under-rated by every other team, too. As far as I'm concerned, He's a great player. Puts tremendous pressure on the other teams backline and is probably one of, if not THE-E best guy for 1%'s. Is also a strong lead + mark and a pretty solid kick.

Oh, did I mention; he's one of my favourite players :D

robbo hasnt failed to generate at lest one goal purely from defensive pressure and tackling since he has been in the 1sts. And he is likely to kick a couple as well.

What has he done for such an accolade. At the start of the year, yes, he was in front of some other similar players. Now he is miles behind everyone else. He's a soft run-by player with no defencive skills. Hardly 'star' material. I don't doubt we will be trading one of these run-by players. So unless you'd prefer Faulkner, Ray, McMahon, Gilbee etc, he's off to another club. He's only in the side now to increase his trade value. I was rapt with him at the end of last year, but he has failed to raise his game in line with the other players. Consequently, add him to the list of talented yet unfulfilled players we've had on our list, and thus, the most likely tradable commodity we have.
