OK well Rocca is well and truly ****ed in my opinion, but Carlton got Hamill off in 99 so we never know but who do you reckon will replace the great man in one week's time for the big one.

After The Game showed a footage of Flethcher striking a Crow in Round15 and he got off, so there's still a chance for Pebbles

But I guess his replacement is likely to be Molloy, or Walker

It has to be a tall for a tall for sure.

Molloy ain't no good on the big stage.

Mckee is a good back-up ruckman and can play key-forward/back but he just too slow IMO.

Walker would seem the best option IMO. Play him in a crash and bash role so he can wreak havoc in the ruck or forward line.

Play/Train well Tristen.

Nothing in it. Lade is a pussy maaan, I'd eat an elbow like that for breakfast. If Rocca-socka does get suspended i say go the gamble and bring in Cam Cloke but if Mick wants to play it smooth like a horses groove bring in Molly or Williams.

if you look you see lade stumble as rooca was about to hit him, if he didnt stumble, rocca wouldnt have hit him in the face, but lade took a dive about 5 hours to late. i believe rocca will get the heck off. nothing in it at all. lade wasnt even taken to the bench or looked at by trainers. if he goes its bull****.:o

I dont know, it still didn't look good! I saw the replays on TV and just before Rocca got Lade, he swung his arm around which gave the impression of intent!

BUT also, like grinspoon said Lade also appeared to slip over so who knows!

I still think he'll get 1 week!

Has to be someone who can ruck.
Fraser can't ruck a whole game, and i wouldn't trust Kinnear in there.
Not too sure on Walker's rucking ability yet, so McKee would be my option.

totally agree, if Rocca misses, i would say McKee (imagine if "touch wood" Fraser went down in the 1st quarter, we would be stuffed) or or a suprise selection in C Cloke!

Walker is extremley raw whilst has pinch hit in the ruck I would rather the insurance of McKee on the bench

As much as it pains me to say it, I can't see Rocca getting off. The swinging action with his arm/elbow was entirely too blatant.

When I first saw it, I didn't even want to think about it, it put a downer on a great first quarter, and eventually on a great win. After the game when I started thinking of a possible replacement, I initially thought of Molloy, but then when I realised we'd need someone to help carry the ruck duties, I leant towards McKee.

I think McKee would be the logical inclusion, he's got experience and he's definitely our best option as a backup ruckman in Rocca's absence, combined with the fact that he's pretty handy around the ground despite having slow leg speed. I remember reading someone say once that Stunning has an ability to make everyone and everything around him appear to move in slow motion... I couldn't agree more with that description.

So yeah, we'll definitely lose a lot of value up forward with Rocca very likely to miss the big one (which is a damn shame, for someone who has given the club great service to miss out on a Grand Final). Hopefully we can generate a winning score through our midfield, which I'm confident we can.

It has to be Stunner to come in should Pebbles get suspened. Josh has to have capable back up and I don't think Walker is good enough just yet.

Also, MM may just drop Cloke to CHF and then McKee will fill a hole in the back line.
