Any one able to tell me which is the better product, the Pestrol rodent repeller that is plugged into the power point, or the Bunnings big cheese rodent electronic repeller ?
Asking because of the Pestrol I have two , they are great but about double the cost of the Bunnings cheese ones, which are about $43 dollars.

I am trying to get my sister in law a couple, but she's looking at the cheaper , but it maybe worthless if its less quality.

Got to say the Pestrol sonic electronic sound, rids you of mice really well, but for the cockroaches it only partially affects them, the tough little bastards.

Thanks folks?

I've only seen YouTube footage of them working, they look ok. Are they actually better than the old fashioned trap though?
In the two or so years of having two of these flashing light gadgets I have caught about 2 mice in our humane trap!
True! So I say they work with I guess some sound that the rodents can't handle , and do a good job.

Correct. I've pulled them out of a wall cavity after having to evacuate my house post holiday. Seriously thought there was a John Wayne Gacy crawl space thing going on.

Natural control in the form of a snake is the best way of dealing with rodents. Release the snake, and tell it to unleash the fury.

Should I seriously buy one? Just cut him loose in my roof? I could do that I guess. Type? Anaconda maybe?

No, I was kidding around it wouldn't be a good idea at all. I was thinking of the scene in the movie 'Road Trip', where Tom Green tries (and fails) to feed a snake.
