Rohde's Richo headache

After a seven-goal haul against the Swans on Sunday, it is little surprise Richmond forward Matthew Richardson will take up the majority of the Western Bulldogs' match committee meeting this week.
However, Bulldogs coach Peter Rohde is wary of becoming too Richo conscious, considering the Tigers' one-point result over Hawthorn without their gun forward the week before.
"Whilst the results on the weekend would say stop Richo you stop Richmond, we know that's not necessarily the case - they won the week before without him," Rohde said on Tuesday.
"We've just to make sure we cover all their forwards but Richardson will get a fair bit of extra attention I assume at match committee this week."
The Dogs will plan to have Brian Harris as a match-up for Richardson, pending a successful night at the tribunal. Harris faces an unduly rough play charge at the tribunal on Tuesday evening. Matthew Croft, Wayde Skipper and Ryan Hargrave could come up from Werribee, with Scott Bassett, Chris Grant or Ben Harrison in the side as other alternatives.
"Richmond have won their last two games and have turned their season around and we obviously want to do the same thing."
"We were reasonably pleased with some of the things we did on Friday night but we probably never looked like winning. We've got to start to put winning games together like Richmond have."
"Their skill level has improved and they are keeping the ball. Early in the season they were giving the ball back a lot similar to what we have at times."
On selection, Rohde is hopeful Daniel Bandy's prospects of selection, but thinks Steven Koops needs more time in the VFL with Werribee at this stage.
