Our team is really emerging in the rookie department. Hocking dominating y'day, dick showing some class, Chartres having a great year in the ruck for bendigo and rama being an important player for the senior team.
What would your order be of the players on the rookie list to promote?
Mine would go like this:
Hocking
Dick
Chartres then Mackinnon(havent seen much due to injury)

I thought he was pretty good. He did make a few errors, but he seemed to read the play fairly well and also seems to have plenty of time when he gets the ball. He should, however, stop bumping opponents and tackle them instead. Definately has some potential and should probably be retained on the rookie list for next year.

I think Chartres will be a player...But Hocking seems to be Hot stuff atm..Hope d1ck gets a go but not sure on him..

if we allowed to we will probably elevate hocking. but that being said we have enough of his type of player already in the side

a midfielder who has a dip but doesn't really have any explosive pace and lacks a touch of class

I was very very impressed with Hocking from what I saw on TV. His pace is not that bad saw him burst out of a pack a few times on Saturday. Skills seem good, is hard at it and seems to get to most contests. Reminds me of Simon Goodwin a little bit.
