Round 19 Discussion

Just a couple of hours away from the start of the round. Looking like being a fairly boring Captain week with a huge majority going Swan. Anyone taking a punt on someone else?

I don't usually like to make my decisions based on what other people do but it creates a good opportunity to make ground on a lot of people if you make the right move. Of course, Swans record against Essendon is hard to ignore and it would require a tag from Essendon which is unlikely (although they did tag Smith last week instead of the usual Sam Mitchell tag).

Just SJ for me tonight. Hoping for a quiet one from Bartel so I can bring him in nice and cheap next week as my F7.

Ok, not a regular poster, but do like to read your thoughts every week. Just wondering, now that Witts is named as an emg for Collingwood, that means Grundy will have a full game as the #1 ruck. I’m thinking starting Grundy on field, Do you think it is a good idea or not? I have Cox, but thinking using him in the forward line.
Your help would be appreciated.

I know what you mean and was thinking the same thing. But, just can't go past Swan. Besides Swan and GAZ...everyone else lets me down far too often.

I know exactly what you mean, but I've been burnt once or twice this year on my captain choice and so will more than likely be playing it safe with Swan.

Ah yes, the Bling. Not his fault though. Played a good game then starts the next week as sub?? do not understand. He shall remain in my side as D8. Adelaides season is over and it's clearly a do or die season for Tambling so don't understand why they aren't playing him just to see if he offers anything at all.

If I wasn't worried about Bastinac going to SJ tonight I would probably lock him in and hope for the best but I'm just not sure. If I did and he was to spud it up tonight I would probably spend the rest of the weekend banging my head against the wall haha.
