I’ll grade that a C

Said in the match thread that anything more than 40 inside 50s and 60 points scored by a tigers team (with 11 players having played under 50 games) was a defensive fail.

That being said the conditions were greasy, the tigers pushed and the pies never looked too flustered

Perhaps the training loads have lifted a little in the month before finals?

Either way things will want to improve from here if they are gonna beat the other top teams…

Nice to be back on the winners list, even if it wasn’t that convincing.

controlled a lot of the game but still very sloppy in a lot of cases. Second half of the third quarter was probably our peak.

Nick killed it, but I thought IQ played one of his better games of the season. Mitchell also picked up in the second half.

Real stuff starts now, gonna have to be at our best.

Good to bank a win but outside of Nick (who was phenomenal) that was a pretty uninspiring performance.

The next 3 weeks will tell us a lot about where we sit in the pecking order. On form we are behind Adelaide, Geelong and GWS
Totally agree.

Happy to win, blessed to watch Nick do his thing. I’m going to put most of the sloppiness down to weather, but can’t help feel a bit underwhelmed.

Need a big win in the next 3, the form isn’t filling me a large amount of confidence.

Job done, winter football.
Next week we show why we are on top and premiership favourite.
We are going through the motions of winter, it’s our mantra this year, the seasons of football, come September and the challenges ahead this club is gearing up for 17
I think that some are in preservaton mode.
