That's why they explained how it works on the SUPERCOACH WEBSITE before round 1 partial lockout right? :o

Oooooo yes that really carries weight. They (organisers of DT and SC) tried to fix it and ****ed it up so now the SC website just run with it, as anything else would just be embarrasing.

If it was legitimate you would be able to change your captain at any stage prior to full lock out. Loophole means cheating. Very mild cheating but nevertheless, cheating.

Laught at the guy in SC Crows Div 1 who used Kennedy as his non scorer to use the loophole and then lost Porps as a late withrdrawl and therefore had no cover. That's karma but of course there is no such thing as many pepole would have won league games this week without using it.

Glad to see you acknowledging that it carries weight due to it's promotion by the organisers and adjudicators of the competition :thumbsu:. They never tried 'fixing' it because there was nothing that needed fixing. Your criterion for defining it's legitimacy is laughable, indicative of the logic typically used by a 7 or 8 year old :o.

Now you are being stupid. The loophole was easier to use last year and they tried to fix it but failed. In fact I don't think they can fix it if they want to give partial lock outs.

Look mate, its a very small issue in the scheme of things but you know very well the idea in the game and the official rules is that you pick one captain each week.

Deliberatly putting a player on the field as captain who is not playing is not particularly normal is it?

A super coach who has selected so well that he has every player playing could not take advantage of it. How is that fair?

Loophole is just a nice way of saying cheating (intergrity is not a quantittive measure, you have it or you don't). If calling me a 7 year old makes you feel better about your lack of intergrity, then that's fine.

Haha. If using the loophole, which is PROMOTED BY THE ORGANISERS OF THE COMPETITION means you 'lacks integrity', then the competition itself, the people running and EVERYONE TAKING PART IN IT also lack integrity. If the game itself promotes something that you define as cheating, then the only way you can avoid being tarred by the same brush is to not take part. Whether you use or don't use the loophole is irrelevant.

Who cares, if you dont want to use the loop hole dont. But considering everyone else does, unless you want to fall behind the pack, stop whinging about it and just deal with it. Its not against the rules, so I dont really see it as cheating, its just using the rules and the system to your advantage.

I'd much rather see people using the loophole, which is not actually against the rules, than people submitting 2 teams, which is!

Its just a game, and I really dont think anyone's integrity should be called into question becuase of it.

99.9% of people don't agree with me, and I respect their right to. I am merely stating MY opinion. As there are no more partial lock outs (I think) I can move on:). FWIW I won every league game last week without using the loophole in both supercoach and dream team.

LOL!

Made my day GOAUS. I'm a massive star wars fan. HeeHee. :D:thumbsu:

PS.

Is it unfair that I am tainted as a nerd due to working in the I.T industry and loving star wars?

My reply to people is that I've loved star wars since I was 4 years old. Way before I got into the I.T industry when I was 24 years old. ROFL! :D:thumbsu:

Murphy, assuming he's named considering that Judd's out, name Pendles as VC just in case.
