So Who are you making Captain this week.

With no Ablett this week I'm going with Franklin as he has a great history against Essendon and with no Fletcher and with Ryder in the ruck it may mean that McPhee will go to Buddy and then I'll put Buddy down for 12 goals.

But then this could really turn around and Franklin could dud it up again and ruin me.

Cox wouldnt surprise me if he scores high against Melbourne i have debated this for ages and i am sure my decision will be wrong!

Huge workload over the last few weeks. Looked totally rooted towards the last term in the derby last week. Coach has come out and said that Cox will be rested during the game. This hopefully means he plays forward and kicks a few. Might be even better score if does this.

Joel Selwood for me, Bartel will have Kirk in his back pocket all game and with Ablett out he will be the in and under man for Geelong this week and rack up the hard ball gets!

Bartels been playing back, Kirks more likely to take Selwood in the middle. With Ablett out Bartel might spend a bit more time in the middle but I don't think Thompson will change it up too much..

I'm leaning towards Goddard, but with Crowley out I may go for Judd. Especially if he goes head-to-head and has no tag. On the other hand, Goddard has put up scores of 175 and 174 in recent rounds. If I can get him as captain when he puts up one of my scores it will go a long way in me getting to 2350+. Judd though has 136 as his highest score. Hoiwever, he has been tagged heavily in every game he has played and may not be aginst Fremantle. This should let him find space and pull out a big score.

I am like you in being vary of Goddard's ability to rip out 170 but equally likely to rip out a 70. High risk high reward kind of guy.

Judd rarely goes above 130 but rarely goes below 110 as well. A safe option......though even with Crowley out I doubt he will score much more then 130.

Cox is a worry with his coach coming out and saying he will be rested during the game. Does this mean bench or playing forward. If it means forward then him kicking a couple of goals wouldn't be a bad outcome.

I am really tempted to put Drummond as captain this week. He has severely dealt some punishment to Richmond in the past and Richmond rarely tag in their back line.

I might just pluck one before lockout tonight.
