I'm working away and Rove is on TV in the other room, desperately trying to wring laughs out of an interview with a disinterested Prince.

The fake laugh track in the background is exceedingly cringe-worthy.

Can we get Clive Robinson back on TV? Clive James? Norman Gunston even... ??

How in the **** did the guy win the Gold Logie? It should be made illegal for people under 18, to vote in it.

Having said that, I feel sorry for him (and Belinda Emett) because of what is happening to her.

I am a massive Prince fan and was totally and utterly disgusted with the interview. If he had researched his subject he would have know what questiosn to ask. Musicology is described in depth in the lyrics of the flipping song and he asks what muiscology is, proving he hadn't listend to the song, the album or even bothered to read the sleeve. Obviously hadn't read a single previous interview with Prince or he would have known that he has standard lines when it comes to awards etc etc. After the Richard Wilkins debacle last year and now Rove I will be surprised if we ever get any more interviews here in Australia cos we sound like complete f'wits.

Golden Rule of interviewing anyone - do some research!!
