It appears that the makers have cut Yeoman from the film and made Chenault Sanderson's girlfriend and gone in for some love triangle angle. Yeoman was the best character in the book and the cheif cause of all the craziness. I would have thought Johnny Depp would insist on a little faithfulness. And they've got Kemp taking LSD. I hold grave fears for a project I've been looking foward to for a long time.

That's ridiculous if its true. Johnny Depp, pull your head in and get with the flavour of the novel. It's like if they did a movie version of Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail and followed Bill Clinton.

Who is the director? Maybe they should have got someone like Wes Anderson to do it.
