Syd Saturday.... Magic Instinct

Finds a race he can win for the first time this prep, should go very close with Prince Arthur the main danger.

Stony Creek Sunday.... Character
Weak maiden and should run well.

Tas Sunday... Brilla Estrella
Beautifully bred but ability doesn't match the bloodlines unfortunately. Should run ok.

Thoughts on Jay Ford?, talented however seems to find alot of trouble when riding, he gets alot of good mounts in Sydney so he must be rated up there.

Yeah bit of a surprise that Peter put him on but of course Munce was going to ride him and with Super Saturday on in Melb the jockey pool is limited a bit.

Not sure if he will retain the ride once the Melbourne jockeys are available for his next start. Worried about Prince Arthur but apart from that he should run very very well.

I would like to seen Steven King on board, I reckon he negotiates his rides really well, always seems to give the horse an honest ride, his more of a low risk Jock, very astute.

Would be rapt if we could get him, won the Warnambool Cup for us with New Kid in Town.

4.80 fixed odds looks nice. Prince Arthur will have to be pretty good to beat him 1st up at 2000m.

Moody is like that though - he'll give anyone a chance. I remember P. Robl was riding for him a lot in town at one stage last year.

Does look a good race for Magic Instinct - horses coming of a 4-8 week break like Prince Arthur are often very vulnerable.

I think it can win and I will be taking the fixed odds to, this suits him perfectly and with Arthur first up there will be a query on his fitness.

May I ask how you own so many? Is it a syndicate? If so, I was in one similar several years ago.
