Does anyone else run a forum on here ? What difficulties do you find ? Love to hear from Bigfooty admin how they become big and tips on creating your own forum.. would be very handy ?

- some difficulties i know are find the right and not bias moderators , trustable staff and active members

How did you do it ? Who is the creator ? What problems did they first have ? Any tips for our forum makers ?
