It was Trump's National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien not the CIA.The independent central intelligence agencies are morons? That sounds like something Trump supporters wouod say.
I know that Russia is not commies anymore or that Sanders isn’t a Commie. It doesn’t mean that Sanders isn‘t as dangerous as a Commie. Also, if you weren’t bananas you would have understood my original post. Can a mechanic please come and fix Lebbobot73? You would be first in line. In the real world outside of BigFooty your ideology is positioned with les than 10% of humans. Do you ever associate with average Australians get a feel for what they think on various issues?

So Americas central intelligence agencies have informed Sanders that the Russians are helping him to win the Democratic nominee.
Reason is obvious. Just like Donald Trump he advocates withdrawing America from the world enabling the Russians the freedom to do what they want.
How will Sanders and his supporters respond. Will they deny and pretend it doesnt matter just like Trump supporters did? Maybe call it a witchhunt? Or will they accept responsibility and try and do something to stop it?
He didnt deny it. So he is ahead of Trump on that front. The other steps would be to scrutinise donations and correct any misinformation on his opponents that is clearly coming from propoganda. Kind of like mccain corrected misinformation on obama at his rallies.
I don't think the Russian interference necessarily has the end goal of actually altering the result of the elections. Rather, it is about spreading misinformation to diminish trust in the key institutions of the US political and social systems.I disagree with your obvious reason, which completely changes what you want his supporters to respond to.
Firstly, I believe Putin wants Bernie to win the Democratic nomination but not the Presidency. Trump also seems to be partial to Bernie winning suddenly. Either they have some dirt on him ready to test, or they believe their socialism/communism slogans make him easy meat.
Bernie has told Putin where he can get off and he won't allow him to interfere is their democracy. Bernie prefers diplomacy 1st, 2nd and 3rd, but that does not mean that he won't defend America's interests. He's not going to start wars in oil rich nations or back allies who want to start wars. He's not going to let Russia do anything they want.
Do something to stop it? Like tell Bernie to call Putin a murderous dictator and warn him he's going to put a stop to what he is doing? Oh, he's already done that. Trump's the one who pretends it doesn't exist and his supporters cry 'meh Russia Russia Russia'.

In this regard it makes perfect sense for them to play both sides, and in particular focus their attention on the candidates who represent the most non-mainstream currents within each party. All the better if those candidates end up being the most popular too.
I think they wouldn't even care so much that their efforts have become public knowledge, because that, as we have seen, just serves the end of spreading disruption and discord, weakening trust in the system as broadly as possible. If both sides of the political divide have genuine reason to believe the Russians have made efforts to bolster their opponents, all the better to erode faith in the election, the whole political system, the media reporting, etc.
How about a cashed up political non profit set up by BernieBernie's donations come from individuals, not corporations or super pacs. It would be pretty difficult to make a difference to his chances through grass roots donations.
Propaganda is a difficult one. Bernie attacks his opponents less than anyone and prefers to discuss policy. He instructs his surrogates to talk policy and not opponents either. It would be pretty difficult to be across online propaganda though, except the stuff his own people overreach on.
