shown nothing all year, playing subiaco two's and is keen to get bak home to melbourne. was this kid really meant to be drafted. not going all that well should we trade him home for another young player, who actually looks interested in playing football than getting tans and picking up girls??? waste of $37,000 if u ask me

Ive seen him play the last 2 games for subi and he impressed me alot so i dont know what player you are watching,as for him wanting to go home i have no idea but i could ask him if you want.

I watched a game on the ABC about 3-4 weeks ago and Crowley kicked 3 goals took about 8-10 Marks and looked OK in the forward half. Probaly could of kicked 5 and needs to be able to finish off but his leading and marking looked OK.

Didnt look uninterested to me.

I think he has kicked 5 goals in the last 2 games. The Subi team is a pretty good one so he had to do the hard yards first which he has done. When Peel were after him Peter German said no & that he was happy with his progress. At least give the guy a fair go before talk of trading him

Saw that game as well. The commentators were talking him up a bit, but he was marking everything that came his way and kicked about 3.4. Presented himself really well up forward which was good to see.

The commentators are always guilty of this. The same game that did it to Nicoski

What an absolute load of shi* youve just wasted your time posting, shown nothing all year!! mmm interesting that seeing hes kicked a few bags of 4, on a serious note do u have any clue who the bloke is at all. blokes dont just rock up to a team move away from home at the age of 18 go out out and dominate every game. And to mention that he dosn't look interested is a F***nen discrace. how the hell would u know!!!!!!!!!! crawl back in ya box

I live in Victoria, so haven't seen him playing with Subiaco on ABC TV. Get inside football each week and read the WAFL report to keep abreast with footy happenings in Western Australia.

He has been in the goal kickers quite a few times, but not in the best.

Any thoughts on him so far this season and I can't really comment on what previous posters have said as live in Vic, not WA ?

Do you think Fremantle will get rid of him at the end of this season or keep him for another year ?

Judging from what his WAFL form has been like and not yet getting a senior game, is he a project player more than anything ?

I must admit I haven't seen him play but prior to round 12 I did a stats list for most of our wafl based players this year, and judging by that, I got the feeling he was doing his job as an opportunistic small forward.

The problem he will have is that we already have 2 opportunist type small forwards who are Connolly's love childs and will not be dropped to make way for a Crowley type.

I always thought he was drafted as a midfielder rather than a forward.. maybe I was wrong. I think his best bet - and really anyones best bet - to get a game is to really develop into a quality forward flanker.

Another thing to note is when ever Connolly talks about young players he never mentions Crowley/Doswell/Edgecumb. It's like he's given up on that batch and is reasonably keen on the rest, and has probably already marked them to be moved on if necessary unless they pull out something special.

I always feel sorry for players that get delisted before even getting a run.. looks like its going to happen to at least one of those guys.

Good to see Ryan named as best player for Subiaco in its close 11 point loss against West Perth yesterday. He kicked 6 goals and hopefully this ensures he gets at least one senior game before the season is out.

Did anyone see this game ?

I didnt see the game but saw him play the week before against East Perth. He looks pretty classy but a bit error prone, kicked a nice goal that game. Talk of him bieng delisted is a bit premature. I was also impressed with Mundy's game against East Perth.
