He was lucky to hold his place I reckon, he looked lost against Port. He started poorly today too & was rightfully dragged, however I was very impressed with his 2nd half. Strong & confident in the air. I reckon he'll get plenty of chances at CHB next season, not forgetting he's not a bad CHF either...

As an outsider, I have to agree he started poorly, making a couple of bad decisions and crumbling under pressure.

But he improved in the second half with a couple of nice plays.

Give him time i guess.

He's had a bit of the "Stunned Mullet" about him of late but he certainly finished strongly today.

I felt sorry for Rivers today. The three goals kicked on him were not his fault, the passes were sublime and at least he was on McDougall's hammer. He will learn, he was just unlucky.

Fergo was good today, and with a bit more muscle he will really be a handy player for us in the future. Would prefer Rivers back there with Biz and Nicho though.
