Ryan has had a pretty interrupted season really. Has had some injury concerns, and i dont think he can put it beside him. When he has played hes been very good for us, just needs to get the body 100%

Missed parts of the preseason and some early round matches through injury. Providing he plays a majority of the game in the second half of the season, we will see a marked improvement.

Named in the 2's this week...which is good news because this kid can really play. His ability to run four quarters out will decide whether he gets a run in the seniors later this year or not provided he stays fit. Possibly better to just set him for a big 2008.

with the way the seniors are travelling and how hard it is to crack the side I think he will struggle this year due to the injuries but a big preseason and he will be pushing to crack and cement a spot in the side next year.

Ryan Gamble produced his best performance of the season, shrugging off the cobwebs of an injury-interrupted year to display the caliber of football that propelled him into senior selection last year.

After battling niggling ankle and back injuries throughout the season, the versatile midfielder took a further step towards reproducing his auspicious debut season form.

“He’s just starting to get a bit of consistency now, he’s played a couple of games (back from injury) now and it’s good to see him get in the best again,” Tudor said.

“(It’s pleasing to see him) start to mark well and play a four-quarter game, which we know he can.”
