as a start kolodjashnij is a way better player through his career than sam draper so far

It seemed he had just ingrained himself , one of those employees it is too hard to sack as they have been there so long and will cost to much to "manage" out of the business

Some of his decisions were just WTF moments

That 2020 draft was a dumpster fire

selecting that many talls in top 10 was suicide , should have pulled the trigger early on an Errol Gulden bid , Swans may not have had the draft capital to match

I agree with your points but we did need a KPD and a MIDFWD that year in the draft

Though it also reflects back on how bad he was list wise look how long it took him to get another KPD to replace Fletch once he retired instead he used a KEYFWD and turned him into a defender

He was awful operator in every way possible
