Sandilands as captain

I have a big ? over who should be captain this week. I have the following possibilities:

Bruce - doesnt score well against sydney
Hasleby - still doubtful
Hodge - as above
Ball - risky
Sandilands - should smash hudson
Cornes (Chad) - inconsistent, i dont want 40 as captain
Pav - will rutten stop him
O'Keefe - risky

I would suggest Sandilands... I always use midfielders or ruckman as they will always get a bit of the ball... Even though forwards and backs are often up with the highest round scores... They are very inconsistant and quite risky...

Sandilands gives you 30-40 points without even getting a kick!

Although, what kind of team are you up against? If you should win, go for consistancy... or perhaps you need to take the risk to win?

sandi is a pretty safe 70-80-low 90s player so captain is a fairly safe bet. not sure of crows can stop him this year.. no biglands or clarke

PLay it safe and stick it to Judd or Black.

Its what i do, i alternate between the two depending on the opposition they are playing.

But im not sure whether Judd vs Richmond or Black vs Carlton is the best bet.

Sandilands hasn't set the world on fire, consistent average scores.

I would choose Cornes, Pav or Bruce out of the players you named. Cornes seems to have hit form and would probably be the best.

hasleby
kerr
cornes
mitchell

who do you reakon is the best bet?

Benno_919, I'd go with Kerr... I have him as my captain as he is fairly reliable.
