I heard on 5AA the other day that Shane Woewoden will come and play for Centrals if he is not picked up by another club in the AFL.

Hmmm... I'll believe it when I see it.

Woewodin going from Collingwood to Centrals? That sounds so unlikely. Another AFL club will have him before an SANFL club would get him.

I heard on 5AA the other day that Shane Woewoden will come and play for Centrals if he is not picked up by another club in the AFL.

I got told that two weeks ago that the Dogs spoke to him, but passed it off as too far fetched.

Then got told today it's a better than 50% chance. I still don't believe it all that much..

If the money is right he'll play in the SANFL next year, no question, hios AFL future is bleak.

Hard to believe this but would certainly be a fantastic pick up to replace some lost midfield grunt. Thats what weve prided ourselves on at Centrals...simply the best midfield going around by a mile.

If I were you I'd be pretty confident, I couldn't imagine any AFL club being even remotely keen on picking him up. He might bring a couple of sponsors with him - I hear he's got great connections in the following industries: hair bleaching, fake tan, hair removal, lycra, self-ejaculating butt plugs...just to name a few.
