After a loss, you go home, you feel sick and you can't really sleep because you're very disappointed you lost. To get that feeling again, you realise how much you don't want to feel that anymore.

Can't help but to feel sorry for all the boys if they feel like that.

I reckon we are blessed to have the best defender leading our backline this year, and as I have been reading his articles, It becomes pretty clear that a major reason for our success, has been through his passion and influence in defence this season.
