Secondary School pride?

Just wondering if any of the posters here go to a high school or went to a high school where the students had a culture of pride in their school?

If so, how was the pride expressed?

How important is it for a school to have such a culture?

Interested in seeing some examples of what students do or have done.

I know some students think it's lame to have school pride, but I reckon it can be a great thing.

It is certainly not lame at all. It separates a school from being good, to being great, IMO.

Not so much as a school, but was proud as a footy team to be representing the school.

I'm not sure if we do or not, but there definitely doesn't seem to be anyone who thinks the school is poor...
