With all the talk on Cummings, I would put him on a year contract. I would like to see how he goes now KJ is gone. After all, he did not have the ball delivered to him and the atmosphere at the club was enough to bring everyone down. As Scotty was the main target for the WCE on the field, he also was the main target for the media too. (Remember the pressure on Sumich?)
If the WCE had a game plan, learnt to smack the ball on Scotty's chest, I am sure he could kick 50-80 goals next season. Wilson is a good tough player and good at scaring the willies off the opposition, but I love to see him in the back line. I am sure one Pretty boy Matty Lloyd would be looking over his shoulder if the bowling ball was in the backline playing on him. Wilson takes a strong mark, but his kicking for goal is inferior than Cummings.

I think most deserve a chance at the club. I like to keep Morrison, and as much as I like to watch Braun play, he is injury prone and may be a good idea to let him go as we wont get full value from the man.

Many youngsters shall be looked at too, but its a hard coin to toss who should go and who will not go. Millie I think needs to retire, his mind says yes, but his body is giving up on him, Jacko and Roo can go for another season or two, but that depends on the new coach too.

Worsfold seems the hot favourite for the job, but I would prefer a Eade or Wallace first, but I dont see those guys coming over at all. We may have a chance with Daniher, but I think the club may already have Worsfold sewn up long before KJ was sacked.....

Its a wait and see now for us fans, supporters and members...

Milli is an interesting one.

This year his injuries have been soft tissue in the quads.

In prior seasons it has been his knees.

The medical staff must decide but I don't discount the possibility that the time out this season has given extra recovery time to the knees and quad injuries usually heal up with 3-4 months of therapy. Look at Roos calfs last year and how well they have stood up this year, and calfs are longer to heal than quads.

So at 28 years of age it 'could' be that Milli has 3-4 years left in him.

Well i agree, Scott Cummings should definitely be at the club next season. I think with better delivery and a new atmosphere and feeling at the club, he could return to his best. Wilson though should not be discarded, he can play down back and if Cummings doesnt come good then he is a backup. He is also useful at CHF because he has such great pace, he can lead up the ground and give the half backs an option when bringing it out of defence.

Milli should most certainly go on, even if we only get 14 15 games out of him. He is very valuble and is still the best defender we have at the club. Plus with another year the kids can continue to learn off one of the best Full Backs of the last decade. There should be absolutely no questions over Jako's and Roo's future, they should and will play on, both are easily good enough.
