Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
It also probably shows that despite his efforts to have a united approach, early good signs of a consensus with the Nat cabinet have been derailed by premiers for their own political gain. 'Medical Advice' is bullshit when there are 7 premiers/ministers with their own CHO's making different decisions. What I want is for the PM to have spent the last 12 months making sure both quarantine and the vaccination rollout were both organised competently so we wouldn't be in the position we are now. Apparently that was too much to ask for.
The fact his latest vaccination announcement was made with no input from anyone else, contradicts other announcements and is against all medical advice is par for the course from this incompetent buffoon though.
Happens when the person who started it can't ****ing countImagine putting the failed marketing guy in charge![]()

We were too slow off the mark on Vaccines, have done nothing to help with the public perception of AZ. Quarantine has been a raging success, as has our case numbers and death rates. no deaths this year (apart from OS acquired)
I'd much rather be lagging behind other developed countries on Vaccines and have our lived experience over the past 18months.
The sense of entitlement and privilege is out of this world. There are 2 non African countries in the entire world with populations greater than ours that have had less deaths. And I mean fu*k, take Victoria out of the numbers and 90 people have died. 170k people die in Australia each year
What do people want? I am pissed off at the Vacc rate too but the cherrypicking to suit agendas is quite frustrating.
Actually those countries are performing the best which was my point.Quite funny you talk about cherrypicking to suit agendas, then went with the classic "think about the poor African countries" deflection
Poor African countries can't feed their children, too, you better not be privileged enough to eat food and drink water
When do we go back to the “war footing”?
I think people forget how laughably inept on the global stage ol’ Tone was as well as his attempts to be downright nasty. Was Trump-like at times. Morrison is lazy and clueless, enables corruption, but I’m still not sure he’s worse. Reckon Tone would have gone down the Trump path for COVID, certainly wouldn’t have seen any JobKeepers.

Actually those countries are performing the best which was my point.
People keep forgetting that if there were no other vaccines, we would all be flocking to get the A-Z. The health risks are simply minuscule. No it’s not against do no harm; when there is circulating covid then the risk of doing nothing also can be harmful. You are right in your last sentence- be informed of risks and make a choice
Labor may not be so good at winning elections but they are very good at governing when they do win one.Nothing will surprise me if the ALP can't get this in a romp - its dueling incompetence and its clear the losers are the electorate in either scenario (much like the catch line for the movie, Aliens v Predators, whoever wins, we lose).
Derailed by the premiers? If it wasn't for them the marketing genius would have let people quarantine at home while letting the virus rip.It also probably shows that despite his efforts to have a united approach, early good signs of a consensus with the Nat cabinet have been derailed by premiers for their own political gain. We do have a choice and the alternative is safer and more effective....so its a hard sellPeople keep forgetting that if there were no other vaccines, we would all be flocking to get the A-Z. The health risks are simply minuscule.
It's not about risk. It's about perception of risk, entirely different beast. Its all about risk factors. The risks are extremely minimal, but people have the right to be informed, then consent or otherwise.
Scumo said we'd have Pfizer at years end, so people stopped AZ & decided to wait. Now he wants the opposite, & to force some workers to take the risk now!!
You couldn't write this crap!!
“Morrison can’t absolve himself of responsibility for the roads not taken. The coronavirus didn’t stop Australia getting Pfizer”.It also probably shows that despite his efforts to have a united approach, early good signs of a consensus with the Nat cabinet have been derailed by premiers for their own political gain. Lots of approved medications are way riskier.
The difference is, every time someone suffers serious side effects from them, it doesn't make national news.
It's like how the elderly are fearful of being attacked, when they are, by far, the safest segment of society. It's just that everytime it does happen, it makes news.

80's and 90's that might be true. The last run was pretty chaotic.Labor may not be so good at winning elections but they are very good at governing when they do win one.
Specially compared to this sewer outlet of a joke of a schittefight of a pretend government.
not in comparison to whats happening now80's and 90's that might be true. The last run was pretty chaotic.

True - but there wasn't a once in a century pandemic which required real action. Its a hard comparison to make (though clearly, Scomo couldn't have screwed it up any more than he has).not in comparison to whats happening now
