Can sorta see why that second round upgrade won the Swans over in hindsight (when they apparently weren't prepared to accept #45 for Stevens alone?)... They were interested in South Australian players - Willoughby and Schmidt - and it put them above Crows & Port in the second round instead of behind.

Its obvious that Swans wanted to get a pick before 2 SA sides in the 2nd round. They thought we would go for Schmidt who they obviously rated pretty highly. Little did they know that we were after big man. Hence we picked up Krueger.

No dramas, well get Schmidt and Willoughby via trade
