This is hypothetical

Which is the best season length:

15 rounds- play each team ONCE, with SOO
18 rounds- (4 divisions of 4) play 3 teams twice, 12 once, with SOO
20 rounds- play 5 teams twice, 10 once, with SOO
22 rounds- the current set up
24 rounds- play 9 teams twice, 6 once, no Pre-season cup, no SOO
30 rounds- play each team TWICE. no pre-season cup, no SOO

Dont mind the current set up but I like the idea of playing each team twice (and getting rid of the pre-season cup) as it seems fairer, but is it too long?? maybe not as its only 8 more games.

None of those options are exactly what I'd like.
My option : 24 rounds, no pre-season cup, SOO after round 12. Players who are picked for SOO and unavailable aren't allowed to play the next H&A round.

That would be the best option, however would the SOO work in that way?
