hi guys, just wondering if there is any general admission tiks available for the game! Went to ticketmaster to reserve a level 3 seat, but none was available and they were gunna make buy a premium!!

cheers

This is from the AFL Members email I get each week, it basically explains what this game is classified as;

This match is classified as a 'Level 3 Premium Seating Event' meaning reserved seat tickets have been pre-sold on Level 3 (Rows A to F).

Reserved Seating on Level 1 in the AFL area for this match has been exhausted.

This match has not been upgraded to a 'Reserved Seat Ticket Event' and AFL Members will be able to scan their 2011 AFL Membership card at any gate for walk up entry into the Level 3 general admission areas (between Rows G to X), subject to capacity.

So it's the same as last week, the first few rows on the top deck have been put on sale, but the rest (rows G to X) are not going to be pre sold, so you should be able to walk up and get in with a GA ticket or a membership card that includes away game access.:)

Would you have to show up Early to get in or just rock up anytime before the Game?

I'd get there early. Expect 50K +.
If it was a Pies home game, I'd be expecting over 50k, but a lot of pies fans will stay home this week in preparation for next week.

The top deck will be fairly full though, more then last week, it's just the 2nd deck will be mostly empty like it always is at the most corporate stadium in Australia, and North never sell out their full allocation of home seats, so there will be empty seats on the bottom deck also.

I'm tipping a crowd in the high 40's, can't see it breaking 50 though.

no chance of that happening at all. 35,000 again.

Pretty sure a North Melbourne home game against us holds the record at Etihad with 55k +.

There was also 35K last week with no opposition supporters. I think we can presume North will have around 15K there with all the advertising they have put in for this match. "Earn your stripes" blah blah blah.

It all comes down to the middle deck IMO where no one wants to pay 396$ a month for 2-4 Etihad Collingwood games a year :D

I don't think we've ever gotten past 50,000 against north at Etihad. Regardless that occured when we were both finals teams.

Will be 35/40K this week maybe just over
