Seedless watermelon

They're as delicious as they are convenient, but what perplexes me is this: how does Mr. Melon Farmer grow more seedless watermelons if he doesn't have any seeds from which to grow 'em?

Well he actually picks them out with his teeth before hand.

Nope I don't regret it, I prefer my watermelon with seeds thanks very much.

After working in Safeway Produce for eight months, I can tell you that the difference is that seedless watermelons are produced hydo-ponically, with the genitics in the original seed making the watermelon become seedless.

I sound like a fruit and veg nerd, but that's how it is done!

I planted seedless watermelon seeds in my vegie garden once, from a packet and all.... only they grew into pumpkins!
