I know this doesn't matter a lot, but anyone else who watched the Brownlow, did you see in Round 22 when Demetriou read the votes for Gee v Bris and said 1 vote J Selwood Geelong and it came up on the screen with 1 vote to Troy Selwood. In every vote count it has been counting that vote to Troy even though Joel got it! (Herald sun, AFL site, etc)
I know it doesn't matter much but did anyone else notice that Joel was robbed of a vote

yeah i saw that. So was it really joels vote? or did he just misread it?

i think its probably the people who put the votes on the screen who stuffed it up.

I am almost certain he said J Selwood, Geelong. Not sure if it would have been him that read it wrong or the people from channel 7 putting the wrong player to the votes. Either way all reports on the count have got it as Troy getting 1, which they probably would have read off the screen.
Anyway don't know how Troy would have got votes considering
-we won the match, and only got the 3 (S Johnson) which is quite rare in a big win
-Joel played a lot better than Troy

Yeah The Age and Channel 7 both listed Selwood as polling 2 votes, when he actually polled 3 votes (singles in the matches against Essendon, Adelaide, Brisbane)
