It is like any court though. You actually need grounds to appeal on. And "we think that is a sh!t decision" is not one of them. You need to bring new evidence to the table and in most cases there isnt any, hence why no appeal.
Havent seen it but consensus is shithouse. We have by no means won this game but I am telling you everything is going right for us so far this year, it is sort of spooky!

It's going to be his best mates 250th, surely he'd want to TRY to appeal so he can get off. As Fraz said, it's not like we haven't got funds to support so why not?
Pretty stupid decision to not appeal it.
- But it isnt new evidence. And if it was classified as evidence then you would use it in the original hearing.Its about time precedent was used as an appeal mechanism.
Because Adrian Anderson says it doesn't apply demonstrates that he doesn't understand what a precedent is rather than it doesn't apply
