Lloydy said as he was walking out that we're not appealing but surely we've got to? Very stupid decision if we don't IMO.
I know it costs money but as I said over at Blitz, we're not scrounging behind the couch to find extra cash so we've got to give it a shot.

It is like any court though. You actually need grounds to appeal on. And "we think that is a sh!t decision" is not one of them. You need to bring new evidence to the table and in most cases there isnt any, hence why no appeal.

Havent seen it but consensus is shithouse. We have by no means won this game but I am telling you everything is going right for us so far this year, it is sort of spooky!

Its about time precedent was used as an appeal mechanism. Because Adrian Anderson says it doesn't apply demonstrates that he doesn't understand what a precedent is rather than it doesn't apply !

Make sense out of that

It's going to be his best mates 250th, surely he'd want to TRY to appeal so he can get off. As Fraz said, it's not like we haven't got funds to support so why not?
Pretty stupid decision to not appeal it.

The tribunal are extremely dumb. Goodes did it and he didn't get suspended. Carrol did it and he didn't even get looked at. Some other player that i can't remember, did it and got off. Their was nothing in it. It was just a little nudge, and Carrol made it look bad because his weak.

- But it isnt new evidence. And if it was classified as evidence then you would use it in the original hearing.

Huh???

Make sense out of that
WTF, how the hell can I do that?
