Considering he's the best youngster for his age EVER and would have gone 2nd in 2004 behind the best 'non-best' player, one would have thought that a statement such as this would have been painfully obvious.

Dowler may actually be TOO hot a property for this year's draft. I'd say the AFL might have to run a special one-off lottery for his services in August.

Just to spice things up they might even throw Karl Fardman into the mix as the booby prize.

ive been told that he is noted rated as highly as some people think. he has some question marks which a pretty obvious to recruiters.

I've never laid eyes on him, mate.

The person you need to be telling this to is Benters.

The lad is practically "on heat" over Dowler and isn't likely to start cooling down anytime soon...

Can't help but think that if we get him Benters will find something to say he is overrated.

what dont the recruiters like about dowler? i was talking to west coast recruiting team that was at the oakleigh game on saturday and they said if they had pick one this year, at this stage they would be taking dowler...
