Sen dedicated about 3/4 of an hour to the Tigers troubles late last night.

They all but agreed Danny should go - and went over who should replace him.

They talked about our possible near $3 million dollar loss we are expected to post this year when the club had budgeted for a small profit.

How long are we going to put up with this inept president and administration?

They talked about Sheedy and that he should be our number one priority between now and the end of the year to go after him. In their opinion, the only person to turn this club around - not just on the field but his other talents in marketing etc.

Did anyone else here the chat between Doran and Robinson? Doran was so passionate about it, you woudl have thought he was a Richmond supporter - when he's not.

I think the marketing skills Sheedy would bring would be far more valuable than his coaching. And when we continue to suck because of a slack player group the things he'll come up with to divert attention will be hilarious.

Sheeds/Plough/spud

Sheeds/Plough/spud

I quess anyone of these guys would be left scratching their heads at the press conference if the team plays like it has over the last 4 weeks.

Sheeds job description would read:

Bring along (and groom) an assistant coach to take over.

Get the most/best out of the list.
Assist Miller.
Clean out the ones who won't work.
Get some good kids via draft.
make some good moves on matchday.

I guess the only advantage of replacing him midseason is that the new guy gets a look at the team under pressure.

Trouble is the : the rule goes sack coach - team wins. They look good. it looks easy, they get on a roll.

Anyway...they could give the reins to Brittain

But I stand by this: Spud doesn't play like crap on match day.
The players have to take responsibility. They're all adults...they all see how Voss/hird/Ricciuto go about it.

Campbell says he backs Spud.

Maybe Spud's not hard enough on discipline, I don't know.
I'd be right up the players, right now.

The other advantage of getting rid of Frawley mid season is
that the players can no longer hide behind Frawley as an excuse
and would have to step up if they are interested in a future with the club.If not then burn them too.
Lest start from scratch and do it properly, let's have a long term plan
that will see us playing finals in 3 years and staying in the 8 for at least 20 years.-it's a start.

I dont believe that ALL our guys support him on his coaching merits.

Nice guys come last (especially if they cant do the job).

If Campbo backs spud then he's backing loserdom.
Not a good look for the Captain.

They can't hide. We know who they are.
