Of course it does, smart arse, its just that the topic was around settling down FINANCIALLY more so than in relationships.

And another thing. Just because i am not ready to "settle down" with a man, doesnt mean that i am "rooting around". One doesnt necessarily go with the other.

I'm planning on buying a house/other form of property ASAP. Probably smarter to do it while working full-time so it's at least a couple of years off. Won't be living in that piece of particular piece of property of course. Would like though to be out of home by 24 and married by 30, but you can't really definitively plan any of this stuff.

I'm only twenty but have already started to settle down a bit compared to the last three years where every weekend I would have to go out and get sloshed. Don't get me wrong I still have fun but now have more of a balance and don't need to drink as much or as often as I used to, its amazing how much money you save too when you don't go out and get on the booze every Saturday.

Would love to meet the right girl soon, buy a house and get married.

Im the same as Pieman, think Ive finally got all that partying out of my system at the age of 23 (although I shouldnt speak too soon before NYE) and Im now officially on the lookout. I honestly doubt I could have settled down with anyone for a long period of time before now no matter who they were, I believe the term is 'finding yourself' ;) (aka my liver has had enough punishment)
